According to a Deutsche Bank analysis, it costs about $48.19 a barrel to produce oil in Oklahoma’s SCOOP and STACK plays, compared with about $46.54 in North Dakota’s Bakken shale and about $40 in the Permian Basin.So what are Midcontinent producers going to do?
